Cape Cod

The area is comprised of 15 towns that encompass 400 square miles. Cape Cod is located on the coast of Massachusetts and sits on miles of sandy beaches. The Cape's population triples in the summertime.

Beaches: 559.6 miles of coastline. The beaches North and West on the island have the least surf. Barbstable has 19 beaches and Yourmouth has 17 beaches.
Activities: Whale watching along Stellwagen Bank, swimming, kayaking, and sailing, snorkeling. Visit the dunes of Cape Cod National Seashore.
Shopping: Cape products and industries include cranberries, shellfish (particularly oysters and clams), and lobstering.

With more than 500 restored and reconstructed buildings spread across 301 acres of land, and a staff of 3500 archaeologists, researchers, historians, and historical interpreters, Colonial Williamsburg makes a great family destination.

Seattle is home to fresh air, coffee, culture, entertainment, and accessible outdoors perfect for hiking, biking, and beachcombing.

Yellowstone National Park

Yellowstone is the nation's first national park and spans several states with 91% of it located in Wyoming, 7.6% in Montana, and 1.4% of the land in Idaho. Weather can change in an instant so be prepared. We recommend dressing in layers, even in the summer.

Wildlife: Yellowstone is home to fifty species of mammals, 290 species of birds, 18 species of fish, and 5 protected threatened or endangered species. Wildlife viewing is best in the early morning or early to late evening.
Geology and history: There are approximately 200-250 active geysers. The highest Point is 11,358 ft. (Eagle Peak). There are 1,000+ documented archeological sites
